Shipping Policy

Order Confirmation

When you place an order with Majesty Recovery, you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms that your order has been received in our system and that your credit card has been pre-authorized for the purchase. Following this, we contact our suppliers to ensure the item is in stock and ready for shipment. If your item is unavailable or on backorder, we will void the pre-authorization and notify you via email. For items available for immediate shipment (within five business days), we will process the payment and prepare the order for dispatch.

Order Shipment

Once your order is confirmed to be in stock and your payment is processed, the item will ship within five business days from the order date. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout within 24 hours of the order leaving the warehouse. If you do not receive tracking details within six business days, please reach out to us at support@majestyrecovery.com for assistance.

Please note: Shipping is limited to the USA. Some exceptions may apply—if our website allows you to check out with an international shipping address (e.g., Canada), your order will be processed accordingly. Certain products may have specific shipping availability.

Changing Your Address

If your order has already been processed or shipped and you need to change the delivery address, we will do our best to accommodate the request. Please be aware that address changes may result in delays. Any additional charges incurred from freight carriers due to an address change will be the responsibility of the customer. No exceptions.

Shipping Times

All shipping times provided are estimates and should not be considered guarantees. We work closely with our vendors to expedite shipments as much as possible. If a customer cancels an order due to a shipment delay, they will be responsible for any associated shipping charges, fees, warehouse storage costs, or other expenses related to the order. Customers filing a chargeback for shipment delays will be held criminally liable for theft. No exceptions.

Please note that increased shipment volumes during the holiday season may result in potential shipping delays.

Shipping Options

Our standard “Curbside Pickup” shipping is always free! This option typically delivers within 5–15 days after your order is placed. If you require additional services, the following options are available:

  • Threshold Delivery: The item is brought to your porch, garage, or another sheltered area.
  • White Glove Delivery: The item is delivered to your room of choice, includes minor assembly, and all packaging materials are removed from your premises.

Cancellations & Refunds

At Majesty Recovery, we take pride in offering some of the most customer-friendly return policies in the industry. You can cancel your order at any time before it ships at no additional cost (exceptions apply for custom orders, as outlined below).

Cancellations (Before Order Ships)

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us promptly so we can process a full refund before your order leaves the warehouse. Our customer support team is available during business hours via phone at (309) 498-0175, through the chat option on our website, or by emailing support@majestyrecovery.com anytime.

Cancellations After 24 Hours of Placement (Before Order Ships)

If you wish to cancel your order after 24 hours of placement but before the item has shipped, a 3.5% administrative fee will be applied to cover restocking and processing costs.

Cancellations Not Allowed After Shipping

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once they have been shipped. We kindly ask that you consider this policy when placing your order.

Cancellations of Custom Orders

Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled or refunded as they are manufactured specifically for your order. Once production begins, these items are tailored to your specifications and cannot be reused.

If you are unsure whether your order qualifies as custom or made-to-order, please contact us for clarification. All sales are final for custom and made-to-order products. However, your warranty will ensure a fully operational product upon delivery.

Refunds and Returns

If you need to exchange a product, we’re happy to assist. Please note that you, as the customer, are responsible for any shipping costs associated with returns or exchanges.

Not all orders are eligible for return once they have shipped. Since we source products directly from manufacturers, their return policies dictate whether a product can be returned. These policies vary on a case-by-case basis, so please contact us for specifics regarding your product or brand.

For outright returns, a 25% cancellation fee and return shipping costs will apply due to rising LTL/freight shipping expenses. If you’re replacing the product, we may help cover part of the cost, depending on the product.

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of delivery. However, certain brands have specific return policies, which will take precedence over this general 30-day return policy. Please refer to the product page for details.

Shipping Times

We are committed to ensuring that your order reaches you as quickly as possible. The estimated shipping times displayed on our product pages are based on information provided by our suppliers and freight companies. However, these estimates are subject to change without prior notice due to external factors such as supply chain disruptions, delays in steel production, manufacturer backlogs, overwhelming demand on shipping services, or staffing shortages at factories, warehouses, and docks.

While delays are sometimes unavoidable and beyond the control of Majesty Recovery, we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during these challenging circumstances. We appreciate your business and your patience.

By making a purchase from Majesty Recovery, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms in our Exchange Agreement:

  • I agree to inspect the package upon delivery and report any damage with accompanying photographs to Majesty Recovery within 24 hours of receipt.
  • I accept responsibility for the cost of return shipping and shipping for a replacement in the event of a refund or exchange.
  • I understand that products must be returned in unopened and unused condition, and additional restocking fees may apply.
  • I acknowledge that once my order has shipped, I am not eligible for a full refund.
  • I agree to bear the cost of return shipping fees and restocking fees (typically around 20%) if I choose to return my order after it has shipped.
  • I understand that the shipping date estimates provided on product pages are approximations and may change due to factors outside of Majesty Recovery’ control.
  • I agree not to cancel my order or initiate a chargeback for delays or discrepancies in shipping estimates caused by manufacturing or logistical challenges beyond the control of Majesty Recovery.

Damages

It is important to thoroughly inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If you notice any damage, document it and include notes when signing for delivery. For any damaged items, please send photos of the damage, the packaging, and the SKU, along with a brief description, to support@majestyrecovery.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment. This will allow us to process an insurance claim on your behalf. Claims for freight damage must include photographic or video evidence submitted within 24 hours; failure to report within this timeframe will result in an invalid claim. Any punctures or visible external damage must be reported immediately.

Warranty

Warranty terms vary depending on the manufacturer. Please refer to individual product pages for detailed warranty information. Warranties are designed to address damages caused by regular use over time. Damages reported beyond 30 days after delivery are not considered warranty claims.

Returns

The default policy of Majesty Recovery is that customers are responsible for all return shipping charges or reconsignment fees caused by customer error unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Most of our products are covered by guarantee warranty policies, ensuring you receive a fully functional, operational product as promised. Please refer to individual product pages for specific warranty details.

BOGO Promotions

In the event of a Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotion, both items must be returned to qualify for a full refund. If only one of the two items is returned, you will receive a replacement or store credit equivalent to the value of that item when purchased individually. Once your order has shipped, you are responsible for return shipping charges and may also incur a restocking fee, depending on the manufacturer’s policy. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Chargebacks

Our dedicated customer service team is here to address your concerns and find the best resolution for any issues you may encounter. We pride ourselves on offering fair and transparent policies that prioritize customer satisfaction.

We strongly encourage you to reach out to us for assistance before filing a chargeback. Filing a fraudulent chargeback will be treated as theft and may lead to legal consequences. If you have not received your product or are dissatisfied with an item you have received, please contact us, and we will work with you to resolve the issue promptly. All Durasage products come with a hassle-free warranty.* This includes the repair or replacement and ongoing support of your product.

What's covered

If a Durasage sauna is used in the way it's intended and it breaks down within the warranty period, it's our responsibility to repair or replace it.

Parts

Includes select parts for the same length of time as your warranty.

Repair

If something goes wrong, we'll arrange details to schedule a repair.

Replacement

All our repairs use genuine Durasage parts, if we cant repair your product we will replace it for you.

What's not covered

There are, however, some circumstances in which a Durasage limited warranty doesn't cover the repair or replacement of a product. These aren't hidden in the small print.  

  • Purchases of products from unauthorized dealers or seller
  • Damage as a result of use not in accordance with the Durasage Operating Manual. Damage caused by not carrying out the recommended maintenance.
  • (a) cosmetic damage; (b) damage caused failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (c) modifications; (d) unauthorized repair; (e) damage due to transportation; (f) damage due to liquid contact; (g) damage due to storage; (h) theft or loss of the product; (i) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product; and (j) to damage due to external causes such as accidents, abuse, damage by natural causes like lightning, floods, or other natural disasters, or other actions or events beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

 

The terms and conditions of a Durasage limited warranty are as follows:

  • The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Durasage is 12 months from date of purchase
  • The warranty becomes effective at the date of delivery. Please retain your proof of purchase. 
  • The repair or replacement of your machine under warranty will not extend the period of the warranty; however, your warranty will be extended for any time your machine is being repaired or retained for work being performed under the warranty.
  • Durasage will repair, replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
  • Durasage Products are warranted against defects in manufacturing and workmanship under individual consumer use, as per our 12-month Warranty.

Durasage reserves the right to take any action to protect itself against all forms of suspicious claims, including, without limitation, requiring further verification of identity and details of claimant and qualifying purchases as well as debarment of claim.

Warranty Details

Limited Warranty

Who may use this limited warranty?

Durasage Health LLC (“Company”) warranties apply to Durasage devices (“Product” or “Products”), and only for Products, purchased through durasagehealth.com. This limited warranty applies to consumer use only and does not apply when the Product is used in a commercial or institutional setting.

The Company warrants the Products against defective materials and workmanship when used normally in accordance with the applicable instructions for use provided in the operating and service manual for the Product during the applicable warranty period. During the warranty period, Company will repair or replace, at no charge, Products or parts of Products that prove defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

The Company may change the availability of this limited Warranty at its discretion, but any changes will not be retroactive.

What will we do to correct the problems?

If during the applicable warranty period you submit a valid claim to the Company, Company will, at its option, (i) repair the Products at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement products or parts of Products, or (ii) replace the Product with a functionally equivalent product at no charge, or (iii) exchange the Product for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping and handling charges may apply except where prohibited by applicable law.

For the first 30 days, the Company will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your request within the original country the order was shipped to. If you're no longer located within the country the order was originally shipped to, shipping costs will be your responsibility.  After the first 30 days, Buyer will be responsible for Product shipping charges and related coverage while in transit to Company. 

Any replacement Product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.

How long does the coverage last?

The warranty period for Durasage Products purchased through durasagehealth.com starts from the date of delivery. Durasage products come with a 30-day return period as well as a 12-month limited warranty. The limited warranty is not transferable and may be voided if the product ownership changes. All claims must be submitted by the original purchaser. 

What does the limited warranty not cover?

This limited warranty does not apply to: (a) cosmetic damage; (b) damage caused failure to follow the product instructions or to perform any preventive maintenance; (c) modifications; (d) unauthorized repair; (e) damage due to transportation; (f) damage due to liquid contact; (g) damage due to storage; (h) theft or loss of the product; (i) defects caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Product; and (j) to damage due to external causes such as accidents, abuse, damage by natural causes like lightning, floods, or other natural disasters, or other actions or events beyond the reasonable control of the Company. In addition, component parts or products manufactured by a third party (“Third Party Product”) may constitute, contain, be contained in, incorporated into, attached to or packaged together with, the Product. Third Party Products are not covered by this Limited Warranty, and The company makes no representations or warranties with respect to any third-party product, including any (a) warranty of merchantability; (b) warranty of fitness for a particular purpose; (c) warranty of title; or (d) warranty against infringement of intellectual property rights of a third party; whether express or implied by law, course of dealing, course of performance, usage of trade, or otherwise.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first submit a service request form, available here. Once completed in its entirety, our service team will contact the customer via email to provide support. All claims must be submitted by the original purchaser. 

Troubleshooting

Please note, in order to proceed with a service request, you may be instructed to comply with various troubleshooting tasks, per the request of our service team.

Service and repair

In the instance your device should require service and/or repair, our service team will provide additional instructions for the device(s) to be shipped to our service center. All services and/or repairs must be completed by authorized Durasage technicians. Upon completion of our post-service testing, the device will be shipped back to the customer. If the product cannot be repaired, we will send you a replacement.

Implied Warranties

Except to the extent prohibited by applicable law, all implied warranties (including, without limitation, warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose) shall be limited in duration to the duration of the applicable warranty period. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the above limitation may not apply to you.

Limitation of Liability

Except as provided in this warranty and to the maximum extent permitted by law, the company is not responsible to buyer or any third party for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any breach of express or implied warranty or condition, or under any other legal theory, including but not limited to loss of use; loss of revenue; loss of actual or anticipated profits (including loss of profits on contracts); loss of the use of money; loss of anticipated savings; loss of business; loss of opportunity; loss of goodwill; loss of reputation; loss of, damage to, compromise or corruption of data; or any indirect or consequential loss or damage howsoever caused including the replacement of equipment and property. The company’s liability shall under no circumstances exceed the actual amount paid by you for the defective product. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.

The foregoing limitations shall not apply to death or personal injury claims, or any statutory liability for intentional and gross negligent acts and/or omissions.

Governing Law

This limited warranty shall be governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Risk of Loss

Buyer agrees to use the Products only in the manner for which it is intended and in compliance with the instructions and warnings set forth in the operating and service manual included with the Products. Buyer is responsible for, and assumes all risk of, loss or theft of, or damage to, the Products provided to it hereunder. The Products shall be covered by the warranty set forth in the operating and service manual included with the Products. Except as set forth in the operating and service manual, Company makes no warranty, express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, and specifically disclaims all liability for indirect or consequential damages.

Indemnification

Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Company, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, suits, actions, demands, disputes, allegations, or investigations brought by any third party, governmental authority, or industry body, and all liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or in any way connected with (i) Buyer’s access to or use of the Company website, including, without limitation, Buyer’s access to or use of any information presented on or through the Company website, (ii) Buyer’s user contributions to the Company website, (iii) Buyer’s breach or alleged breach of any warranties made by Buyer hereunder or Buyer’s violation of any other provision of these terms, or (iv) Buyer’s violation of any law or the rights of a third-party. Company reserves the right to assume control of the defense of any third-party claim that is subject to indemnification by Buyer, in which event Buyer will cooperate with Company in asserting any available defenses.
